Hon. Truman E. Allen
Lawyer & Former Workers’ Compensation Judge
Truman E. Allen graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1977 and has practiced continuously since graduation. Truman served as a Worker’s Compensation Administrative Law Judge for 8 years before starting his private practice. This experience as a Judge is the foundation for his over 20 years practice limited almost exclusively to Worker’s Compensation, Social Security Disability and Personal Injury.
Truman demonstrates a willingness to try a case and appeal it to either support the Judge’s award or to overturn a negative decision. He believes some cases should not go to trial or be appealed, and he uses his vast experience to know the difference.
Truman grew up in Adrian, MO but currently resides in rural Fayette, MO. Enjoys acting like a farmer and tinkering with old cars.
